MCP tool reference

Seven read-only tools. Every response is JSON in both text and structuredContent; errors come back as isError tool results with a plain-English message the agent can act on.

All tools are annotated readOnlyHint · idempotentHint · openWorldHint. Chain ∈ ethereum, base, solana, bsc, arbitrum, optimism, polygon, avalanche.

search_tokensreadOnly

{ query: string, limit?: 1–25 }

Resolve a name, ticker or contract address to tokens with price, market cap, volume and 1h/24h/7d change. Call this first.

get_tokenreadOnly

{ token: string, chain?: Chain }

Full profile: price, caps, FDV, volume, supply, ATH, links, categories, every chain deployment, and top DEX pools with liquidity.

get_market_datareadOnly

{ ids?: string[≤50], limit?: 1–250 }

Batch prices for CoinGecko ids or symbols. With no ids, returns the top N assets by market cap.

get_trendingreadOnly

{ source?: 'coingecko'|'dex', chain?: Chain, limit?: 1–50 }

Most-searched coins (CoinGecko) or the hottest on-chain pools (DEX, optionally per chain).

get_new_tokensreadOnly

{ chain?: Chain, limit?: 1–50, minLiquidityUsd?: number }

Tokens whose first liquidity pool appeared in roughly the last hour, newest first. Extremely high risk.

get_risk_signalsreadOnly

{ token: string, chain?: Chain }

0–100 risk score, level, summary, and each signal with severity, explanation and source. Coverage says which checks ran.

get_global_statsreadOnly

Total market cap, 24h volume, BTC dominance, active asset and market counts.
