Jurisdiction notice
CoinFactory publishes information about crypto assets. Information services are treated differently from trading or issuance services in most jurisdictions, but you remain responsible for the rules that apply to you.
01What we do and don't do
We provide read-only market and contract information and heuristic analysis. We do not operate an exchange, broker trades, custody assets, issue tokens, or give personalised advice. We believe this places the service outside most licensing regimes for crypto-asset service providers, but laws vary and change.
02Your responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether using this service, and acting on information from it, is lawful where you are. Some jurisdictions restrict access to crypto-related information or the assets described. If use is unlawful for you, do not use the service.
03Sanctions
The service may not be used by, or for the benefit of, any person or entity subject to sanctions administered by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations, or located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
04Blocking
We may restrict access from specific regions or clients where we consider it necessary for legal or operational reasons, without notice.
05Governing law
These notices and our terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
