Terms of service

01What CoinFactory is

CoinFactory is a read-only information service. It aggregates publicly available data about crypto assets from third-party providers (currently CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal and GoPlus Security), applies heuristic analysis, and makes the result available to humans and software agents.

CoinFactory does not execute trades, hold funds or keys, issue tokens, deploy contracts, or provide personalised advice. Nothing on the service is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

02No accounts, no fees (for now)

The service is currently anonymous and free of charge, subject to rate limits. We may introduce accounts, API keys, paid tiers or changed limits in future; we will publish such changes on the site before they take effect.

03Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful research, analysis and product development, including inside automated agents. You may not: circumvent rate limits or access controls; resell raw responses as your own data feed; use the service to harass, defraud or manipulate markets; or present CoinFactory output as a guarantee of safety or return.

You are responsible for the actions of any agent you connect to the service, and for complying with the terms of the upstream data providers where you redistribute their data.

04Trading tools (where enabled)

CoinFactory may offer non-custodial swap tools. When used, CoinFactory requests a route from a third-party decentralised-exchange aggregator and returns the resulting unsigned transaction data, with a CoinFactory service fee (currently 1% of the trade, stated in every quote) embedded so that it is paid on-chain within the same transaction. Aggregator fees and network gas are additional and are shown in the quote.

You, or the wallet your agent controls, sign and broadcast all transactions. CoinFactory never holds funds or keys, never submits transactions, cannot cancel or reverse them, and is not a party to any trade. CoinFactory is not an exchange, broker, dealer, adviser or custodian. Quotes are indicative; executed amounts depend on on-chain conditions and your slippage setting. You are responsible for verifying every transaction before signing it, for the tokens you choose to trade, and for taxes and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

05No warranty

The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Risk scores are heuristics and may be wrong in either direction. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of any endpoint.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinFactory and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of funds, lost profits, or decisions made by you or your agents — arising from use of or reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (currently zero).

07Intellectual property & attribution

The site design, text, risk model and code are ours. Underlying market and contract data belong to their respective providers and are subject to their licences. If you display our risk reports publicly, attribute them to CoinFactory and keep the disclaimer intact.

08Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may block clients that violate these terms or threaten the service's stability. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
